I was disappointed and ended up calling Roto Rooter because it took three calls and I still didn't get a return call.

Straight up professionals. Service was excellent

Provides exceptional service and communicates well with there costumers. The receptionist is very pleasant. Mr. Doty makes sure the job is done to meet the satisfaction of the costumer.

Rudeness is common here. I had my intern call here to get our septic system repaired or at the least diagnosed. He explained who he was and that he was with our company and Marty started screaming at him, hung up on him like it was a sales call. When we called back she hung up on us instantly. If I could leave 0 stars for customer support I would.

Recent replacement of our kitchen faucet was completed to our satisfaction . We found Doty Sewer & Drain to be very customernoriented with fairness and excellent communication skills. Recommended.
