He quickly responded and took care of our emergency leak, and even found another leak we were unaware of. If it wasn't for him we could have been in a much more serious situation! AHS assigned this company to my work order on a leaking water heater. I never recieved a phone call from this company for a service appointment. I called several times and never recieved a call back. I find this to be very unprofessional.
