I stopped by after a long drive in the road salt, mainly to get the salt off from under the car. I paid for the highest type wash, mainly because the of the ‘ under carridge’ rinse. Looked under the car and the bottom was still mainly dry and full of salt. Had to rinse the underside myself. Disapointed as we have been there many times before, just didnt look underneath.
$15 for the tunnel and my car is still VISIBLY dirty. Won't be back. Could do better with a garden hose or a mud puddle.
The actual car wash does a good job and the team members are nice at the car wash but I had to cancel my yearly membership because I'm just no longer in Easton and they have yet to refund my money. I've contacted them long before the renewal via email, phone, messenger and even come by the car wash in person. No one is responding to me-I'm very disappointed in this part of the customer service experience. I wish I could recommend them, but this is tarnishing my view of them.
Got my truck looking good! The 2 gentlemen that wiped it down were very thorough
Prices of good it's a good car wash people that work there are good and generous show me a nice I would tell anyone to go see this car wash
