University Car Wash

They always do a great job cleaning and vacuuming out the cars but today really stood out. Pete did a fantastic job detailing the car but he went above and beyond today. The trunk was missed when vacuuming and Pete saw this took the car back around and had the trunk finished. It’s a simple error that was easily made up when Pete saw the mistake and had it fixed without us having to bring it to anyone’s attention. We appreciate it, and we will be back.

I’ve been coming here for years and I always get the ultimate wash today I pulled out the parking lot and wished I had checked my car first they did not wipe the seats they did not vacuum the back of my car my windows were still smudged and had a film on them I paid $36 in tip the guy 10 and got home and literally had to redo all my windows and vacuum my own car after all I’m so disappointed

I would only go there for an outside car wash, if you pay $39.99 for the “ultimate” car wash, they just clean the dashboard which I could’ve done. I brought it to the attention of the gentleman over the counter he explained that sand is hard to deal with and if I wanted a better job I could pay $200 at a detail shop (he did mention it politely) and had the guys pull it back around. So my car still looked poor even after the second vacuum, I would recommend to go just for an outside wash.
