Harriet Tubman Museum and Educational Center

Excellent museum, stunningly beautiful location set in and around places untouched since Tubman's time there. Staff are kind and knowledgeable. Place is very clean, including restrooms. Full size dioramas depict Tubman's life events and you can take a photo on bench with full sized statue of her. Stepped out on deck saw gopher running from eagle flying overhead. Sitting outside is like watching Wild Kingdom without commercials. The facility is architecturally significant for the way it blends into the landscape. Come early in day so you can explore the neighboring towns and eat in local restaurants.

Excellent! Several video presentations have exciting information. The place is small yet large enough to remain within social distance. Everyone was wearing a mask. The mural is at the rear exit. However, there are lots of unique artifacts before getting to the mural. The staff is ultra-friendly!

Nice museum to visit to learn about the history of the Underground Rail Road network and the life of Harriet Tubman. The staff is very friendly and enjoy talking about the history of the area. The museum artifacts are interesting and very educational.

Definitely recommend anyone to come down here and to learn more about American history. You will be greatly surprised in a good way. There are other sites that honor Harriet Tubman down that way as well so I would check those out also
