Been here at least 6 times, and never had a bad experience. Fairly priced with some incentives. Not sure if the monthly deal is worth it, but I see a lot of clean, new cars around so it's definitely popular.nSometimes the vacuums aren't suctioning very well, and there's no way to know until you park there and hear it wheezing ud83dude2b

Superb washing system!! It used to be....If you don't get the wax option, some kind of way the wax drips on your vehicle drips everywhere of a sticky substance. Then, it must be something wrong that the back hatch door and rear window are never washed and full of dirt after you ride through. I recently had the tire shine option and the machine only shined the left side of my tires. I also hate those cheap people that want to run you down so the can steal the vacuum smh....vac is for paying customers not cheap thieves.....This used to be a great carwash and now the quality of wash is just disgusting.

Staff is so nice. The area for drying & vaccum is always clean. No one rushes you, so take the time you need to get the inside of your ud83dude98 clean as the outside

Mr. Kimbell was excessively rude! I wanted to cancel my membership, before I can explain anything he handed me this long screwdriver thing to take the sticker off. While I was peeling the sticker and was trying to ask questions he was dismissive and disappeared with my sticker for some minutes. Came back then finally I was able to ask my question if I will still be able to use my already paid period. He said to me do you want to cancel or not? That question had nothing to do with what I was asking and the rest of his comments were rude. Telling me I need to make what I’m saying more clear or asking. Clearly I didn’t have a chance to ask any questions. I’m glad I’m canceling my membership after how rude he was.
