Not sure what’s with the 1-star reviews because this place is great! In just a couple hours, they deep-cleaned 7 years’ worth of crud from the inside of my CRV and touched up a scrape on the back fender. Price was very reasonable, and they got me in same day. Customer service was great too—Chris sent me detailed instructions with pictures on how to find the 909 Poydras location. Thanks again!
Don't use them. I tried 4 times to get a basic wash while at work and they never could fit me in because I wasn't spending enough money. I gave them 4 days notice that I wanted my car washed. I have a BRZ so it does not take long to wash. I wanted to see how a basic wash was before having my car detailed but they lost my business if that is how they treat customers
Shameez does an excellent job. The car smells and looks great (despite the time that my slobbery dog spent in it). He's always super flexible with finding time for the cleaning and the wash is conveniently located.
been using them since they opened their first location in 2009. As long as you book an appointment or call ahead, they are always available. Most importantly, very professional and reliable. Items are always secure at their locations. very convenient too!
Terrible. Had it done when they first started working out of the 601 Tchoupitoulas garage, and found it not worth the $40 they charge. Here I am 3 years later, car is filthy and it's raining every day. I tried to get the car cleaned twice, made and confirmed reservation, and no one ever showed up.nnI will never use nor recommend them again. Only one star because I can't leave 0.
