I had an appointment but my 94 year old father did not.he recently had several heart procedures so that is why the delay. We were told he needed an appointment which we understood. As we were waiting the 15 minutes to leave the same lady came over to the car and said there was a cancellation and please ride through again and my dad could get his shot. We are very thankful for her to go above and beyond to help us I wish I knew her name to give her a shout out. Thank you very much
The process for receiving the vaccine was well planned! From the text messages that gave clear directions about what to expect, to the signs posted at the hospital on where to enter, was well executed! The staff who greeted and checked my ID and other information- very welcoming and friendly. I was very pleased with my experience!
It was a first time experience and it was good. There's nothing like nurses with good bed side manners. Keep up the good work serving the community.
The people that administered the shots, directed traffic, and took care of us could not have been nicer. Y'all have a great crew! It could not have gone smoother. We are so thankful for all the healthcare workers and the administrators of this event for helping us through this challenging time.
Amanda Offner is awesome! She listens, responds with empathy and really puts forth her best effort to deliver excellent care. Highly recommend!!
