They are very accommodating, and will move at your pace. They're very knowledgable, and can answer just about any question you have. But the best thing about this team is: it's not a one and done deal for them. They want to make sure that you're happy after you buy the house, not just when you sign. They definitely do everything they can to make sure that you're covered should the unexpected happen, and if the unexpected DOES happen, they don't leave you high and dry. This team is dedicated to being a lasting resource, and I know that personally, I really appreciated it.
