Ollie's is great! They are inexpensive and clean. I met the manager he's really nice. My favorite part though vacuums are free! I Will definitely GO BACK!
When you are the only car entering the wash it does a good job. However, when they are busy they put cars bumper to bumper and the front and back comes out dirty. The arm can not make a proper pass on my vehicle and the vehicle in front or behind me because we are too close. I just left out the wash and they put a truck so close to me the arm never even passed on the rear of my vehicle. It was completely dirty as though I never went through the wash. Even after complaining and showing the attendant all the wet dirt and obvious issue that the arm didn’t not wash the back I was not offered to go back through. Her response was I’ll let upper management know. We line them up like we are told.
I love that they made a structure for shade for cleaning out the inside of my vehicle. It always comes out looking amazing, and the employees are kind and helpful.
The carwash staff was lovely and very helpful. The vacuums worked well. I would have liked better accommodations to clean off my floor mats. And the tire shine option I find it to be quite a ripoff. I could have saved and just stuck with a basic wash. Overall it was my first visit, I would go back. However, I wont spend that much next time. Lol
This particular car wash is not worth wasting your time or money at! I dont know if they are not using enough chemicals or what and the dryers dont not work that great! The people working there are not friendly or helpful! I even tipped the employees.UPDATE: I was given 3 free carwashes and I am very appreciative. This leads me to believe the owners are good people n I know that we are very proud to have them in Zachary La hope we see yall in Livonia. Thanks a bunch
