Half the wash is not functioning. No number to call for complaints. Looked it up on the web got a fax number. 8 dollars for half a car is frustrating. No contact number is unacceptable. Use at your own risk

For the third time I have used this carwash and it has taken my money and not given me a car wash. The lights were on telling me to drive forward, stop and check windshield wipers, etc.! Waited but nothing happened. So I drive back around, tried to press the wash button or refund button to no avail! There was no name or phone # anywhere on a sign or the carwash itself of who or where to call! Tried to call the phone # online and it goes straight to a fax machine! Not pleased at all again and the inside part of the wash is filthy dirty!

This is one of my favorite car washes. I have a Ford F150 Supercrew Lariat and have no problems. I always fold in the mirrors and remove the antenna for an added safeguard. On top of a good wash, Ultra Car Wash also provides free powerful vacuums.

Always come here when in Thibodeaux but never again.. Purchased ultra wash and all I got was a bunch of water and brushing as all dirt and debris still remain. It’s also completely dark no light on except colored one!!!!! Totally gonna ask for refund if I ever get anyone beside a fax machine!!!!

I don't wash my van anywhere else. It gets the bugs off of my windshield and grill with no problems. Very good quality wash for the price.
