Courtyard Apartments

Cathleen was extremely professional! Her response time and punctuality was extremely appreciated. I was taken aback by how much she knew about the property and the courtesy she gave me as I took my time asking questions and going over details regarding a particular unit. I have never had such a good and positive experience apartment shopping. I have faith that you will not be disappointed with her management style! All good things.

I cannot say enough good things about Courtyard Apartments. I've rented numerous apartments over the years between LA & Kansas City, and I've never had such a great overall experience. The units are incredibly charming and it honestly feels like you're living in a house. All updated appliances and washer/dryers in unit!! Incredibly spacious and very well taken care of units and buildings. And of all the managers I've encountered over the years, Cathleen is one of the nicest and on top of things! Incredible value for a great apartment!

These are older apartments, so they are well made and extremely quiet. Each apartment has an oversized balcony, hardwood floors and washer/dryer. The rooms are large. Facing east/west, each apartment gets morning and afternoon sun. Walking distance to downtown Overland Park and minutes from Kansas City, this is a good place for young professionals.

I wanted to take a quick moment to comment on my experience thus far about living in the Courtyard Apartments community on 76th street in Overland Park. I am now approaching my third year living in this complex and could not be more satisfied with my decision to move in here. Prior to moving in, I frequently moved from rental property to rental property as I was never satisfied with the community or property managers. Here at Courtyard Apartments, I feel like a valued member of the community rather than “just another tenant”. Cathleen Turner is perhaps the most kind and helpful landlord I have ever met and worked with before in my life – any issue that I bring to her attention (no matter how minor), Cathleen is highly responsive and will have the problem fixed before close of business that day. Not only is the management team impeccable, but the units themselves are gorgeous. My neighbor and I call these apartments “Overland Park’s hidden jewel” because of the cleanliness and modern appearance these 2-bedroom units have for the price. I am so grateful to have found this wonderful community with such incredible management that is Curry Real Estate. I have absolutely no plans on leaving here anytime soon and HIGHLY recommend Courtyard Apartments as a place to live!

I've lived here a year thus far and figured I should finally leave a review.nnI honestly have zero complaints. The apartment is spacious. All of the neighbors are quiet and considerate. The location is great. The Matt Ross Fitness Center and Downtown Overland Park (including the Farmer's Market!) are within walking distance. There are tons of services within two blocks.nnI can't speak to the maintenance as everything has been in perfect working order.nnThe management is super friendly and clearly puts a lot of effort into giving the complex a welcoming and clean environment. They have a smattering of small family friendly events for residents throughout the year, such as bringing an ice cream truck to the complex. It's pretty neat.
