We like being close to everything with easy access to I-35. We love most of our neighbors. It's a very homey place to live and we have been here 13 years.

I have lived at Georgetown for 15 years and love living here! If I ever have a maintenance request, they are quick to get it fixed and schedule it when it's convenient for me. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend living here!

We have been here for 7 years now, and that alone should say something positive. We love our apartment, neighbors and community. Maintenance is good and the office staff is exceptional.

I have lived at Georgetown for thirteen years now, and have loved this place, friendly staff, nice amenities, and a feeling of this is our community! Also, close to shopping, doctors, highway! Highly recommended this place!

The apartments are a nice size and utilities are included. Improvements are being made across-the-board to the property. Property staff are nice and pleasant to deal with.
