This is a great place to spend se time learning about how people lived during bible times. You can do a self guided tour or a guide led tour. It would be nice to have headphones and an audio guide so you could explore on your own pace. I loved how you felt immersed in the experience of the time period.

Sometimes still referred to by its former name, the Explorations in Antiquity Center, the Biblical History Center aims to bring alive the period around the birth of Christ.nnIt does this through archaeological finds and historical reconstructions. The center’s time tunnel takes visitors back to the period when the worship of pagan gods still took place in the area of modern-day Israel for instance.nnVisitors will discover how everyday people lived their lives roughly 2,000 years ago, and as a result how Christ was likely to have lived his own.nnExhibits include the goat hair tents traditionally used by shepherds in the region, the grape presses used to create wine, and recreations of some of the common foods of the period.

Bible guide Me. Carol was fantastic! We enjoyed our leading up to Easter visit. This is a great place for a hands-on learning experience for kids ages 9-15.

Nice place. Tons of info and artifacts. I recommend guided tour. Self guided tour is not as informative. So glad we went.
