I give them a zero they promised me three times they were coming out and didn't I feel if you promise you should keep your promise

I was very pleased with this company. They were on time & very professional. When they left I had a problem with my sink & they gladly came back out. I would highly recommend them.

I would not rate these people a 1 star but you had to select at least one to review them. They were very unprofessional and didn’t really seem to want the work. 2 men came for estimate and when they did the estimate I understood why, because one of the men were way to big to go under my house or to get into my attic so he had to use the visual of someone else that by no means seems knowledgeable. They could not even uncover the root of my problem but said they would never put that in any paperwork. Well dude I want my problem fixed NOT mask!!! They told me they would call me 2 days later and would have estimate then. I called 4 days later and they said it would be 2 more days before I could get estimate. They called me by phone and threw a big number at me with no details when they did have estimate. I ask if they could email me the quote they said sure. I got an email that looked like a 4 year old prepared it and the spelling reflected that too. They told me they could start 4-8-19 I did not hear from the and called them on 4-5-19 to ask when they were going to be able to start and now it was going to be the 04-15-19. I ask if I would get a more in detail contract to sign and not such a vague one. They said uh yea a little more. There was already a debate about what they were going to charge and what they quoted and due to the poorly constructed estimate, neither of us were sure. I wasn’t happy but ok. Then I get a call on 04-09-19 and they left a message on voicemail that all of a sudden they had jobs that the owners wife, whose last name is the same as company, did not know they had and now it would be over 6 months before they could get to me. I might add that this was the only company that didn’t have any wait time to come do estimate they came the day I called but they have so much business all of a sudden that they can’t get to me for 6 months. Just proceed with caution if you use this company.

Don't use these scam artists. They charged me (a elderly woman) nearly $300 to replace a pipe that took not even 30 minutes to complete. Total rip off!
