Wow! Ben did an excellent job! He was in and out in an hour. Found the leak and repaired it while I was working from home downstairs. Gave me a great military discount and this guy even took his shoes off when he came in the house. Wow!! Who does that?? I have found my new plumbing company. Thanks Atlantis!
Robert Camp and Demarcus did an awesome job rerouting the kitchen pipes in the crawl space. They took the kitchen pipes outside under the slab instead of tearing out any floors or walls. They were prepared with all the tools and equipment needed for the job. They were very thorough and transparent. We will definitely recommend them. Scheduling was easy - scheduling staff professional and efficient. No long waits for an appointment, important with a serious leak to be addressed. Tim and Lee were super. Explained everything, showed me what they found and what they were doing, and clearly were well experienced. They worked hard and effectively individually and together, and worked until their quality job was complete without appearing rushed at all, even though the work took several hours and they worked into the evening. I recommend them without hesitation.
We had our water heater give out with a major leak and they were here on time in the morning and had it fully replaced with new pipes by the afternoon. Great service, super nice guys, worked clean and quickly. They will be our go to plumbing company!!
From initial contact, to having Bryan come out the next day (early I might add, he called first with ETA and I appreciated that) to provide a fair and reasonable estimate (explaining what they would be doing and when they could get me on the calendar); to having Kyle and Johnny arrive promptly on day of install and complete the work seemlessly (at least to me as I was working from home and had to be on calls). They were very polite and thorough. I was initially very stressed about having to have a new water line installed but Atlantis made the whole process as least painful as possible. Knowing they are licensed, insured, and they warranty their work and parts, is an added plus. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.
