A+ customer service.nHad an issue with my 2020 VP9 with the infamous rear sight factory issue, but the service center did an excellent job on fixing it at no cost with covered shipping and sent me a cool HK hat. Definitely the epitome of an excellent customer service.
Yay - finally got my VP9 in. Took a couple of months but finally came in - crazy times, I completed a license to carry training on my birthday and I went in to Sportsman’s Finest in Bee Cave Texas to make my first down payment on my first H&K VP9 - the rep from H&K said it would be 7-10 days, that changed to two months-ish. It's a very nice gun - could improve wait time and prob make a ton more $ if they focus on keeping up with demand. But I understand times are strange. But very happy with the product.
Optics plates out of stock for months and months. The feedback is everywhere, where is the product support? When will we have plates?
I have always been a H&K owner in my opinion there are one of the best firearms manufacturers in the world any problem they are are to help anyway fix or replace and you can count on troubles really rare if at all I rate H&K 100%in my book!Thank you for your service and premium quality of your products!Jerry Brown ud83cuddfaud83cuddf8
Heckler & Koch Defense Inc has for decades been a go to for law enforcement and military agencies. This is your upper end firearms manufacture but they still have been able to keep their prices within the perimeters of other competitors. Many people have sworn by this brand.
