The manager said while looking for stains, he FOUND A HOLE in the front of my sweater. Well there were 2 WHOLES in the front of my $80 sweater!! Why would anyone clean a sweater with holes? Why was I not called about what was “found”? Three days later no call from them after I went back the next day to speak to the manager and he was not available. His statement was “I meant to call you”, “ I wrote it up on the ticket as soon as I found it” But no call to a loyal customer for over two years? Piss Poor!
