I SET UP AN 8 AM APPOINTMENT WITH THESE PEOPLE RIGHT. I LOOK OUT THE WINDOW AND SEE THEY ARE THERE SO MEANWHILE I AM MOVING FURNITURE SO THEY CAN HAVE AN EASIER TIME CLEANING MY CARPET. 20 MINUTES LATER I LOOK OUT THE WINDOW AND THE VAN IS GONE. I CALL AND ASK WHAT HAPPENED THE LADY SAID THEY KNOCKED AND NO ONE ANSWERED SO THEY LEFT A CARD ON THE DOOR. NO ONE KNOCKED THEY SAT OUTSIDE, SNUCK UP THE STAIRS AND DROPPED A CARD OFF SO THEY COULD GET OUT OF WORK. THAT IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL THING I HAVE WITNESSED IN A LONG TIME I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE
The carpets were so much better. Stains cleaned up fantastic. The price was the best ever. We are delighted.
Had the pleasure of the owner Andy clean our carpets for a rental move out. He was on time and super nice ! I had 2 recommendations for his company and the price was perfect. Will definitely recommend and use again.
