They need better washers and dryers
I loved going here when I live in Columbus. The manager is great. He's so friendly.
Clean and convenient. A couple of washers and dryers not working but there's plenty to use so not an issue really. Cost is effective also
This is bad even for a coin laundry. Change machines are broken, half the machines don't work and there is never a staff member around. This place sucked so bad I decided to buy a washer and dryer instead. Let that sink in... I forked out almost 2 grand just to avoid this place.
If I could give the place negative 5 stars, I would. Walls, fans, ceiling and air vents caked in dust. Probably hasn't been cleaned in years. Fans and TV don't work. Holes in walls. Ceiling tiles missing. Very hot inside. Don't know if the AC actually works. No bathroom to use. Don't waste your time or money. Find another laundromat.
