Good customer service and prices
Have been great to our family for years
Great service...my leather jackets look new
Just picked up my ASU pants and they are covered in what appears to be white cat or animal hair.
I certainly appreciate that Google Review gives the owner a chance to comment on reviews. We did have a customer call and ask if we offered a military discount. Our discount price is preset in the computer so when military clothing is entered it automatically gives a lower price. When this customer dropped off her clothing, she asked about the military discount again and was given the price of each of the 3 garments; a pair of pants, a shirt and a jacket. Then when she came to pick up, she stated she was quoted all three garments were supposed to be the price of one garment. I’m sorry she did not understand the quoted discount price correctly, but the employee that took the phone call and the employee that waited on her, both remember her very well, and they both said they clearly stated the discount price. We do not give out false prices. We hope this customer only the best and we are sorry that she misunderstood the price.
