Some of the work was ok, but he didn't do some of the agreed upon detailing. He said he would come back another day and he never showed and didn't return my text. When I texted again days later he said he never agreed to come back and finish the unfinished work. He also used too much water and didn't extract it well because it created mold on the seats! Now I'm paying another company to repair his damage that he takes no responsibility for.
He did a great job on my mother's Mercedes Benz!
