Sanitary Plumbing

Absolutely horrible business. I was quoted 800 to have a water heater removed and replaced. They said they couldn't get the old one out so they just left it and installed a small tank-less heater in its place. Only they never even finished the job and we had to buy a power cable for it and install it to get it to work ourselves. Total time they worked was about an hour and a half for two people and the water heater only costs 250. They still billed me a full 800. When i called the owner and asked why we were still being billed for the full price he says its because that's what we were quoted. The fact that they didn't have to remove the water heater didn't matter because when they said they couldn't get it out and could work around it, we said it was ok because we obviously didn't want to have to rip down walls and assumed we'd be billed accordingly. We brought up that we obviously shouldn't be charged for the labor since it wasn't being removed and were told it would brought up to the boss. Upon further inspection we realized the old heater could have been easily removed with no problems as well, they just opted for the easier solution that they could profit far more on. The owner also told me the heater they installed is definitely worth way more then 250. I found 3 companies the second i looked it up that sold it for under 250 with no tax and free shipping. 300 was the most expensive it was sold for. There is no way they could justify 800 dollars for the job they did. Just like the other people who posted reviews saying they were scammed they gave us a blank invoice so they aren't accountable for anything. On top of all this I figured since we had done business with them in the past they might be more considerate to repeat clients but they clearly are resorting to cheating people instead of doing fair business nowadays.

I have paid for the same problem with two other companies, one which charged triple than what I paid with this company (Won't say the name but you pay for their commercials =( Sanitary Plumbing knows how the original sewer lines were built in this local community and were able to fix the problem permanently...It required working on a problem that involvednwhat this county used to use on sewers back in the 90's that other companies were not familiar with. (Or did not think to check..)I recommend Sanitary Plumbing 100% They don't just place a band aid on the issue, they heal the wound!!!!!

Used this company previuosly and the service was completed with no problems. On the second and third attempt they were a no shoe no call after I called several times to check on when they would arrive. I scheduled an appointment each time on the 2nd time no one callef to say they would not show up . I called and was told at 4:00 p.m. no one was comming, then on Monday I recieved a call asking if I still needed the repair, because I was out of town an unable to be present I said no, later that week I calked again when I knew I would be back home scheduled another service call for Friday again my time of service came and went no one called I called 2 hours later and was informed the tech was running behind but he would call, 2 hours later at 3:40 no one called I called them I was told No One was comming. No explanation as to why no one informed me, when I asked to speak to someone else, Mr. Not Helpful he stated they didn't make appointments which was not what occurred three prior times. What occurred was they didn't keep the appointment or be professional or courteous enough to call. No Integrity !

We had a slab leak at work, they came in and replaced the water line under the slab in a little over 3 hours. We had been told by many other plumbing companies that it would be days before they could come fix the problem and estimated it would take more time to repair. We are grateful to have our bathroom back! Thank you Sanitary Plumbing for a quick, professional well done job!

Staff was very nice and friendly. They came into my job today and it didn't take them long at all to repipe underground and fixed our slab leak. I'm very appreciative of having a working restroom again!
