Serclean was the first place I called when I noticed water coming through our ceiling in the bathroom. Sure enough they were the only call I needed to make! They came out immediately and addressed the roof as well as set us up with an industrial dehumidifier to help keep away mold and bacteria. Then through great communication they were able to get me a quick estimate and detail exactly what they would do to alleviate the issue. The work they do is second to none!

I had a poor experience. They are quick to do the mitigation and demo, slow to do the work to put everything back together. They claim they will work with your insurance on your behalf. I was on the phone with the claims adjuster much more than I should have trying to mitigate between them due to SerClean's elevated repair prices. I do not recommend this company. The office staff doesn't seem to know what is going on and the owner only responds to texts. Due to us being unable to reach an agreement on the repairs, I am now looking for another contractor to put my home back together.

I called Serclean because my crawl space flooded. The company was quick to respond and I am so glad he was the tech assigned!
