I have been coming to Lamas for at least 7 years and that have lost my cleaning 3 times and the last time they said unless they have a ticket they can't find them. Well the first 2x's they found them without a ticket, if you wrong you wrong and the manager is wrong. I guess I am just going to have to take a hit on my jacket and dress so it is what it is.
