Our main drain was backing up into our house with the stench you would imagine. The response was immediate and they were able to send someone that day. Our technician did a thorough job examining our situation (the house is quite old) and laid out the options he saw before calling a co-worker for a second opinion. He then presented the options and their costs as well as pro's and con's. In the end we went with the option he recommended to open the septic tank and send the snake in from that end. Bingo, about 50 feet up the line was the obstruction! Great service, good value, highly recommend!

First experience but they were prompt...scheduled a same day appointment and I asked if they could come earlier to let me know. They were able to and had my problem (water meter leak) fixed quickly. They were very upfront about cost and what they were fixing at every step. Got a quote for some future work while they were at my property, and I was impressed when they gave me some advice regarding when to consider moving towards that endeavor...basically it seemed the gentleman was very honest and they weren't in it for the buck. Thanks, Rick!! You were great!!

THESE GUYS WERE A LIFESAVER! Both of our toilets were clogged and we needed emergency services! We made so many phone calls to other companies and none of them were able to come out to assist us because we live so far out in the woods. Finally we came across Direct Services and they were able to fit us in the very same day! They were quick, professionall, and knew what they were doing. They were answered prayer. I think it was Rick and another guy. They were such a blessing at a great price! I would have paid way more if I would have went with the other companies. Everyone was nice from the receptionist to the technicians. What a great experience! What a blessing this was!

Ethan and Ray came on very short notice to work on what first seemed to be a minor problem but actually was worse than met the eye. They were persistent in tracking down the real problem and making sure it was repaired completely and properly. I will definitely use this company for all future plumbing needs.
