I had no running water in the house. I called them on Monday afternoon, and they came right out and diagnosed the problem. They came back to the house early Tuesday morning and fixed my water problem. The guys were very knowledgeable and very respectful. I highly recommend them.

It took a few days of back and forth to actually have a set date for what I needed repaired. The man who came were incredibly friendly and immediately got to work figuring out what was wrong and it turns out the sump pump that we had in her basement had burned out. After that they took the sticker that was off of it and went and found a replacement. I was expecting this to take maybe a day or two, no, they came back after maybe an hour and got the new one installed within 20 minutes or so. After that my wife and I give him a check we got our receipt for the work done and that was it. The pump was working perfectly we could hear it, it was clear, it was not making any sort of weird clanking noises the old one was, they even told us that the pump they went out and purchased was a better model than what we had installed. The only reason this is not getting a five-star is because there was somewhat of a mess down in the basement. There were spots of brown on the walls and on some of the light switches and I can only assume it was something that shouldn't have been on the walls, although they were working with a sewage drain, but after work cleanliness aside I would absolutely recommend these people again and again. My wife is part of a Facebook group that consists of the residents in my neighborhood and if anyone has any plumbing issues I'll immediately recommend D&J.
