Terry Riles did an excellent job cleaning my carpet and couch. He is very reasonably priced. We are having him do our hardwood floors next. We highly recommend him. Did I mention that he is very trustworthy. I would not hesitate to leave him alone if I could not be home. He has 44 years experience. Highly recommend!!! I had recently moved to the area and was looking for someone to clean all of the carpets in the upstairs. It was originally overwhelming, but I had tried everything, and still it lingered. Mr. Riles came by and sprayed a special enzymatic product. Then, he came back in the morning, moved the furniture and sprayed the product on the areas that had had carpet on them, followed by deep cleaning. NO MORE urine smell!nThen a week later, I was getting new carpet installed in the master bedroom and closet downstairs. When the installers pulled up the carpet, there was a strong dog odor on the base floor. I desperately called Mr. Riles to ask what I could spray on it, when he offered to come back and spray the special enzymatic product. He came right then!!! He was a godsend!nThank you so much Terry! We won't be using anyone else for our floor maintenance needs!
I have been very happy with Riles Maintenance and the services provided. I own Banks Crossing Apartments near Tanger Outlets and recently had carpets cleaned at multiple units. The carpet looked almost new and my tenants were amazed at the results. Terry was very friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely be using Riles Maintenance in the future!
My dad passed away and my mom was expecting company the next week. Mr. Ryles squeezed us into his schedule and had to work late on a Friday to help my mom. Even though he had a lot to do, he still was VERY friendly and offered solutions to help keep the carpet in good shape after the cleaning. Not to mention, we were totally amazed by the results! It saved us from replacing the carpet!!
Very respectful, professional, and trust worthy! Always on time. We have used him for the last 10 years and I wouldn't waste my time with anyone else!
