My water heater went out on me during the weekend, it was about 17 years old and I called Monday morning to have someone come out and give an estimate for either repair or replace it. Bill came out in the morning very quickly and looked it over, the unit was leaking water and needed to be replace. He quoted a fair price and did the work within a couple of hours. He was very nice and respectful. Within a few minutes of his leaving I turned on the hot water and it was already running warm. Great service and great people. Thank you!
Bill and Brandon came to our home to help with an emergency blockage of our main line. They were prompt and courteous and very happy to help especially because it was an emergency and didn't get here until 12:30AM. My mother is 90 and we need the bathroom downstairs for her and it was necessary for us to get help right away and this was no problem for them. Due to another agency's indifference for it being a situation that needed resolution right away, we were referred to Billy Bell Plumbing. They made sure I knew when they were coming and how long it would take for everything to be checked. The job done was thorough and they cared to make it right and that we knew what had caused the problem and how to try to avoid it again. We are gladly going to have them do another job for us. This company is truly a 24 hour service, not like some companies who say they are. Great job!!
I called Bill at 8am on Friday morning, by 9 am he had arrived at my home, assessed the situation and called me back with his evaluation and quotes. Bill was knowledgeable, courteous and recommended the best option to save me money. He and Jared has my septic main line installed and my property restored after the dig by that afternoon. Bill arrived on time, even called ahead to say he was coming. The work was excellent, fast, and done at a fair price. I have used Billy Bell Plumbing for several issues over the years, and the work they did has always held up and has never caused any more problems. Bill was a complete gentleman, kind, and very easy to talk to, and stayed focused on his job. He had my water back up and running in no time, and did not cut any corners. I am completely satisfied with his work! I would highly recommend him to everyone!!
We have used this company twice now for our property management company. They have been professional, on time, and dependable. Would highly recommend. The best thing is they cover plumbing and septic issues. Not just one or the other. Bill and Brandon did a fantastic job with communication and were very professional.
