I was having trouble with my toilet, I called prime plumbing and got a appointment. Technician named Kevin arrived on time and was very nice and professional. This company has very reasonable prices and good quality. He did a great job on my toilet! Will use them again in the future for plumbing. Highly recommended.

I was referred to prime plumbing by my insurance company. A technician named John came out to my house. He was on time and professional. He quickly found the leak and repaired it. He actually took the time to answer all questions and concerns that I had. His work was flawless and he cleaned everything up for me. My experience with prime plumbing was GREAT and I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs plumbing work done.

I called three other plumbers and Prime was the quickest to respond. Came right out and fixed my leaky toilet. Recommended less expensive options than the other quotes I got and repaired it same day. Other quotes wanted to tear into my concrete slab!! Prime installed the correct gasket to my old cast iron line, and no more leaky toilet, no smell!! Reasonably priced and professional. Highly recommend!!!!!

DO NOT USE PRIME PLUMBING!!! they have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. 5 weeks ago they came to the house to fix the disposal and said I needed a new one. We were remodeling our kitchen so they told me to call them when it was finished so they could install the disposal. When I called to set up the installation, they said they had to order the disposal and it would be 5-10 days before it arrived (why didn’t they already order it knowing it was going to be installed?). When I called a week later, I was told it was still on order and that they would send me a tracking number because the disposal was sent to my house. They never sent the tracking number. The following week when I called they said they were still waiting and would call me once they spoke to the technician (she said she would call me in an hour and a half). No call. When I asked the home warranty company to get involved, they were rude to them too (they actually hung up on the home warranty company). When I called yesterday, she put me on hold and then hung up on me while once again “checking” with the technician. Once again, no call back, no follow up. When I called today, they said they needed to check with the technician and would get back to me. Sound familiar? I’m not sure how this company is still in business. Judging by the other reviews, I can see I’m not the only one they’ve treated this way.

This is a sorry excuse of a company. Extremely unprofessional, they don’t pay their employees, sue happy and employ plumbers who use drugs and alcohol while on the job/driving their COMPANY vehicles. I would absolutely not recommend anyone EVER use this company or try to speak with their “employees.” I listened to their receptionist literally tell my boyfriend (ex-employee) to “f* off and have a good life.” He simply wanted his last pay check that he is legally owed. These people are an absolute disgrace to small business owners who go about their business correctly. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
