I was referred to this company by my property management company at my job. They were billed as fair pricing, prompt service and courteous service. Let me tell you they far exceeded the referral. i called them out to give an estimate to repair a leaking pipe in my crawl space and they came out same day and met me and gave me a very fair price without charging for a service call. They then came out and performed the service quickly and even inspected to make sure there were no other issues. The two technicians that came out were friendly, and oh so courteous.nI would recommend them without hesitation and will definitely be keeping their number for any services needed in the future.nOh I forgot Jennifer was very helpful as well.nMy experience with the company was definitely top notch, A1 and any other adjective you would use to describe a perfect customer service experience.

Psycho Plumbing is the best! From the Office Staff to the Plumbers in the field to the Management. A+, 5 Stars. Friendly and knowledgeable from the first point of contact. Jennifer was kind and understanding. Our Hot Water Heater was failing and even though it was 2 days before Christmas Eve, Chris was out to us within the hour. Chris Coleman is amazing, and quickly diagnosed the problem and got on the phone to make a plan. He was friendly, honest and quick. It was Christmas so we were afraid of emergency charges or possibly no one being available but it was the opposite. This owner and the employees were simply amazing and put our minds at ease. Taylor came out the next morning and replaced the 20 year old Hot Water Heater and did an amazing job. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and did an excellent job. We were blown away by this company. They are so professional but so down to earth. The Coleman Family are truly a blessing, which is a little psycho these days. Do yourself a favor and give them a call.

Excellent service, responsive and friendly. We can't say enough good things about Psycho Plumbing. Jennifer has a wonderful phone personality and Taylor did an outstanding job fixing a leak in our service line next to the foundation. They gave us a realistic time frame; showed up promptly; analyzed the problem and fixed it. And, the price was very fair and reasonable. We will never call any other plumber!

This is the only plumber you should ever use. Period. I call for my commercial accounts and for my personal home. Fast. Honest. Reliable. Priced better than most and don't soak you if it's not necessary.
