Darren at Coolray was excellent. He was professional and explained everything. He also did not try talk me into unneeded servicing which I really appreciated. Coolray offers easy to schedule appointments online and over the phone plus you can always get through to speak to a real person when needed. Great company and competitive pricing. Highly recommend.

From my initial experience with sales to install and now routine maintenance, I couldn't be happier with my choice of coolray. I would recommend and i will use them again for my upstairs unit replacement and water heater replacement, when that time comes. We recently experienced a gas leak from a faulty fitting and cool ray went above and beyond to repair it, offered their apologies and provided free maintenance for the unit installed and our upstairs unit for 2 years. We were very appreciative of their response, service,efforts and apology. I will definitely use them again.

I just need to say, that David was an angel that God sent us, he was very professional, very dedicated, very polite, and took care of every single thing. Great experience! Keith quickly diagnosed the issue with our AC and was super fast in getting the part ordered so that he could minimize the amount of time we'd have to be without air conditioning in the middle of a Georgia summer. I appreciated the sense of urgency on all fronts. Coolray was not the least expensive company we reached out to about our issue, but the quality of their diagnosis and work was definitely worth it. They solved a problem in less than 36 hours that another company spent over a month working on and still hadn't figured out. Check out the other folks you'll probably find your way back to Coolray :)
