Shirley is the person who took my call and scheduled Gary to come to our home this morning. She was extremely professional, polite and pleasant.nGary was our plumber today and did a fantastic job for us. He arrive on time and completed his diagnosis of our issue in a timely manner. He patiently explained the repair plan and shared the cost, which was quite reasonable. He went right to work and did a quality job in his workmanship. It was obvious that he takes pride in his work! Keep smiling came and stopped a leak we had overnight, they were lovely. They took the time to not only fix the issue but referred us an amazing company restore now construction to dry out our home. I couldn't be more please with both companies. Thank you so much

I see why Keep Smiling Plumbing earned the Best in Gwinnett. They definitely saved the day for me. My tech for the day was Cory. I simply cannot say enough good things about him. He was professional and his customer service skills were superb. Keep Smiling has definitely earned my repeat business and referrals. Great experience from start to finish.
