I had a lot of clothes that I never got around to dry cleaning because I didn't go out much during the pandemic. I brought them all here before I have to return to the office, and they were cleaned/altered so well! I'll definitely be a regular here ud83dude0c

I specifically went to Crystal cleaners because it is listed as a 1-hour dry cleaner. On their front door they even list same day service as one of their services that they offer. I arrived at 12:30 p.m. to drop off a suit and asked for the same day service. The woman told me that that was not possible because it was so late in the day. I do not understand how someone who advertises a one hour dry cleanercan say that it is impossible to do same-day service in 6 hours. Horrible customer service. Terrible online marketing of services that they do not offer.
Great customer service and I have always been happy with the results. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
