Very PoornnI took some polyester pants to this 5456 W. Fayettville, Road and my experience was horrible. I had some polyester pants that I paid $98.00 for to get hemmed and the owner charged me $10.00 to hem both pant legs. When I picked up the pants, I paid for them prior to looking at the garmet. They had stitched across the pant legs where the stitch was visible; my dress pants were ruined. I asked for my money back and the owner stated that she could redo them or take the stitch out and refund me my money. I told her that I did not trust her to redo my pants nor to take the stitch out. Plus, if she took the stitch out there would be holes in the pants from where the stitch was. I was very irrate. So I had to reorder the pants and I will take them to another alteration specialist. This dry cleaners is only good for dry cleaning clothes, do not take your clothes there to get altered unless you want to be disappointed and have to rebuy it to have it done right the second time around.nnCherice ClarkenAtlanta, GA
