Sarah the lady who altered a brand new dress with a tag and everything. Kept it for a whole week and when I got it back it was stained. She could not explain how. Said it could have been my closet when the dress still was cover with the plastic. Then she supposedly took it to a friend cleaners it looked worst. It had glitter and a bigger stain. PLEASE DO NOT USE if you don't want your clothes ruined. And she did not take responsibility and kept making up excuses . I usually don't write reviews but trying to save others from the headache.

The service was impeccable. I find it hard to believe that this cleaners isn't the most popular in the area. Excellent managerial work mixed with a strive to maintain customer satisfaction places this business leagues above its competition. A must use and must visit!

Just called they asked me go call back two minutes later. Furthermore there is a language barrier. For why not have folk who can communicate with costumers answer the phone.I just do not get it.
