We've been going here a long time. They generally do a good job. The staff on-site is wonderful but I will have to say I've had some issues. Last one was leaving a pair of pants to be hemmed. Was told they'd be ready Wednesday but when I went to pick them up, 30 minutes before closing they didn't have them. They said they were done but had not been dropped off by whomever had done the work. To their credit, they called said person but s/he basically refused to drop them off! Wow...

Really good service
Decent service but they’ve lost my clothes 3 times and for weeks at a time:( I like their cleaning but I just can’t have clothes missing, they need to update a system for tracking clothes.
