The seamstress is truly amazing!nI made sure to come on Saturday when she was in house. The materials of two of my pants were very difficult to work with but she did everything that I asked and everything came out beautifully.nWe had a small language barrier ( the seamstress and I) although the sweet young lady at the front desk translated for me with no issues.nMy clothes were also dry cleaned which was a very nice touch.nI'm awfully impressed with how my alterations turned out.nThis is a great cleaner!!nI def will be back!!
I really miss the last owners, they were like family, they always greeted me by name and with kindness. The current staff is satisfactory. After so many years of my service and due to the current staff. I've decided to take my services elsewhere.
Jay the owner is awesome! I dropped some clothes off and forgot to mention I needed them the next day because we were leaving on a cruise. I came to pick up my clothes and they weren't done (because I forgot to say next-day) and he started up his machines and got my stuff done by close- and didnt charge me extra even though it was my mistake. I will forever bring my clothes here because the customer service is A1.
