Mandy from Servpro of Marietta is one of the most efficient, kind, responsive, and knowledgeable people I’ve met. I was so stressed out after I got a call from my tenants reporting flooding in the house. Mandy helped me calm down and walked me through the process. The service team arrived at the house in less than 2 hours and explained what needed to be done step by step. I highly recommend this company!

Our water tank exploded and flooded our garage and house around 1 AM Easter morning. We called ServPro and representative Mandy helped us. Could not believe at that hour of morning there was someone on phone to guide us through the process who was knowledgeable and thorough. She had all the answers we needed, and made us feel that we had called the right number! She had her team at our house early Easter morning and they began the cleanup and have done an amazing job digging us out of a real mess.nShe did a great job reassuring us that all would be taken care of and it was. My insurance company put me in touch with ServPro after a tenant fire. Mandy called me right away and got the process of containing the damage and inspecting and cataloging the damage for my insurance company started asap. Currently in the clean up/demolition stage and still going strong. Definitely interested in having SERVPRO do the repair work as well, as I understand they have a repair/rebuild division too. Will update again as we move into the rebuild phase.

Betty Marchan and her team took care of my home for myself and my 3year old daughter after a fire. They were very professional , nice and cleaned very well. We feel much better coming back into our home after such a tragic event. Thank you so much Betty!!
