I bought a Rubbermaid stock tank from this location, which developed a hole. My husband called and asked about returning it, and the employee AND a manager said it was no problem, despite the purchase being made more than 30 days ago.nnUpon returning to the store, we were told that we could not return it because it was more than 30 days ago. This store NEEDS to get their story straight. They exemplified very poor customer service and showed their employee's lack of knowledge concerning store policy today. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
The manager who has been there for the last year or so is genuinely helpful & considerate. We get our propane tanks filled here pretty regularly & the folks that help with that are always prompt, courteous & sometimes we can just pay outside after they fill our tanks which I really appreciate especially since Covid hit.
I came into your store again last week and a super nice lady came up to me and asked me if there was anything she could help me with. I was very pleased that she approached me as when she is not there I typically have to go and seek out an employee to help me. Her name is Nanci.nnNanci is very knowledgeable about the store and how to use the products. I now seek her out when I come in. You should hire more employees like Nanci.
Overall I would say it is a great store with kind helpful employees for one exception, Jeff he was hard to work with and reflected poorly on the establishment that I know to be a good one.
Love this place, but they need to get rid of Destiny, rude, so rude, smells like she doesn't shower. Please do something about this.
