Got a very large rug second-hand that smelled absolutely awful and had stains from pet urine, and brought it to Atlanta Rug Cleaning and Restoration for treatment. They was able to identify the material and origin of the rug and offered a very fair price for odor removal. They even cleaned it a second time for no extra charge after I noted a lingering smell in a few patches, and they were even able to lessen some of the stains in the process. The colors on the rug have never looked better and there's no odor at all anymore. Highly recommend.
Amazing, wouldn't trust anyone else. They are extremely knowledgeable and deliver great work. They came to pick up my rug, cleaned it beautifully, and put it back in its place. I highly recommend.
Our house had a pipeline break and caused massive flooding while we were out of town. I was devastated that my rugs were sitting in water. This business salvaged all of them, cleaned and dried them, and frankly they look better than they ever have! I’m so impressed and grateful, especially for their work on my handmade Persian rugs that I thought were likely destroyed. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of work they provided.
