Excellent experience first time used the service. Owner and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely will go back for my dry cleaning and large items washing! Highly recommend!
Great Place with Great ServicennI'm new to the area. This is the closest laundry mat to my resident. When I first walked in, I was greeted by Alex. It's been a while since I've used a laundry mat and Alex was very kind to help me navigated through all the different machines based on my laundry load.nnSince I have some back injures; in the future I will try their pick-up and delivery service.
I've used the wash and fold services twice now and they have done an excellent job both times. They are a little more expensive than other wash and folds I've used however they won me over with the A1 customer service and being black owned was just the cherry on top. They have won a loyal customer going forward.
Searched around for a laundromat near my job. I am in town for an extended period of time for work and it was obvious that I am not used to going to a laundromat. The person in the front, which I believe is the owner, was so helpful! I was helped in and out of the building. They also guided me to the washers I should use.nnThank you so much for your help ☺ufe0f
