I’m a consumer that still appreciates mom & pop type of businesses. The business back in earlier days when you were younger. Those stores that were family owned, friendly, AND they knew your name. It was the community and togetherness you would feel. That’s one of the main reasons why I keep going back. Customer service is DEFINITELY friendly and top notch. The prices are great too!

UPDATE: I went there again. This time to trim the hem of a trouser. ($11)n————————-nI’ve only gone there once and it was for a simple dry clean order. The place may look really run down from the outside, but the environment is very friendly and they clearly put effort into giving good service.nnIt costed $9.25 to dry clean a two-piece suit. It took them only one business day to dry clean, but they let you pick it up on a later date (as shown in receipt). When I picked up my order, the owner welcomed me and she even did a quick swipe on the suit with a lint roller before handing it to me.nnI learned that it’s a family owned business from the owner’s daughter who told me her mother was out of town. Her mother is the owner and is the one who can do alteration services.
