Great service, very clean machines & the employee was wiping down machines & mopping the floor the whole time we were there. Very helpful when I asked prices for the wash and fold service. I will be returning to this establishment.

Not all heroes wear capes. Pure Laundry should. They rescued me from certain doom when my washer decided to stop working. With a one year old a washer not working is a nightmare. After setting up service I realized the turn around time would not work. I sent a quick text to let them know I needed to cancel service but I would use them again in the future. Less than 5 minutes later I received a phone call from a very friendly employee, John, explaining they would be happy to pick up my laundry within 20 minutes AND drop it off same day. They understood as a mom of a toddler it was necessary to get the laundry done. I am astounded by the service all around. From dropping off my Welcome Kit to the adorable note found inside of my laundry to John who emphasized with my situation, Pure Laundry saved the day. I look forward to using their service in the future. Reader, you should use their service too.

This is, hands down, the BEST laundromat I've ever been to. From the friendly service to the ability to pay through an app (yes! You heard me right. Three words: No more coins!). Awesome experience!
