Can't find it in the disorganized or empty parts drawers or can't find help in either of the Big Box stores? Better come here in the first place!
I went here last week and needed help finding some tools, so I reached out and asked Rosa if she could help me out she said “she didn’t work at that department” and still didn’t manage to tell someone else to help me out the unprofessionalism and attitude she showed towards me was no way a customer should be treated at that point I wasn’t going to argue and just walked off y’all need to do something about that Employee Rosa if you want more business at that store..
I'm 1 block away but rarely go as they never have what I need. Staff is friendly and nice but have no advice to give or assist. They can't tell you where things are in the store without a computer. It's just too small and hours are limited so I go to Dunwoody Ace instead - they have it all and it's a real hardware store with same staff that knows their stuff.
Ace is my favorite place to shop. Very customer centric. I was in and out. Thanks guys!!
