Two guys helped me tonight one was the manager I think and another guy from Ghana, they were so attentive and helpful. I left with a great home improvement solution for an issue with my patio and they even loaded my car! I felt valued as a customer and left with a big smile. This was the best customer service experience I've had in a long time! I wish I'd gotten their names. This is my neighborhood Lowe's and because of these guys, I will make sure not to go anywhere else, especially not to HDud83dude02ud83dude02
Being one of the only local home stores less than 20 min away, I’m stuck going here until Ace opens for immediate items. A least a half dozen associates chilling around the store, but one person at the register. Every. Time.nnSelf checkout is super fast and convenient when it’s available, which is maybe 60% of the time. They wait until the line stretches past fans into lighting before anyone comes to help. Stars for clean well stocked store, but the absolutely abysmal Ops and scheduling of front register support kills the wins. Almost always takes longer to check out than shop.
Customer service needs improvement
I placed an online order for store pickup. I've waited 3 days now and they have not filled the order yet (even though the website says all items are in stock). I tried calling the store 4 times for assistance, and each time the phone rang until I was finally disconnected. I should have read the other Google reviews first, as I see quite a few people have had the same issue. This store is well stocked, clean and is the closest location to my house - but the nearby Home Depot was able to prepare my online order in just two hours with no issues. I'll shop there from now on -
Had to come back a few times and interacted with a few employees at the paint center who all really had no idea what they were talking about until we met Larry. So kind and helpful and got us the touch up paint with the right texture we needed. Unfortunate we had to make several trips back and forth but thankful for Larry!
