I stopped in Ace to get a new battery for my car key fob. I had the pleasure of working with Beth. Beth was super friendly and extremely helpful. While I was waiting for her to change out the battery, I asked if they had any rainbow flame crystals fire starters for the fire. She knew exactly what I was talking about and told me where to locate them. I was super impressed with her knowledge of the store and location of a random product. The customer service this very impressive. All the employees greet you as you walk in the door. Highly recommend this location.

Needed an axle for a grill assembly for a grill I own. They did not have the exact part, but Kieth was able to go to the hardware section of the store and gather parts that solved my problem. Could not of been happier with his service. Thanks again.
I am giving 5 stars to one of your best salesmen Keith,. I had a lot going on last Saturday and was just besides myself shopping for Our Family New Years party.coming up. As usual it was happening at my house. Keith helped me pick out charcoal and it was fabulous on our prime rib. I think he was wonderful and professional and will be back! .
Came in for bird seed. Keith was so helpful, he even carried it out to my car. I'm older and it's hard for me to lift those bags, I didn't even have to ask for help, he automatically carried the bag for me. You don't find that kind of service much, anymore. Would definitely recommend the wonderful people at Ace!
