Booked this service for Saturday morning 10.am. Sent a message to confirm an hour before to be told he’d cancelled my appointment. When I said I was disappointed and had moved all my furniture and could he not have let me know sooner, he texted me back saying if that was my attitude he won’t bother. Not good customer service.
