Mike was on time, installation/connections look perfect on our new water heater, and he cleaned up when he was done. Water is hot and my family is happy. I would use Direct Connect Plumbing again and recommend them to my friends.
The owner Mike and two of his technicians came out to our unit in our shopping center and tackled a rough sewage backup. As there were no plans to assist them on how the drainage system was originally plumbed and I assure you there was nothing logical to how it was originally plumbed, they systematically worked through the job as if they were plumbing detectives, solved the mystery and corrected the problem with state of the art equipment.nThese fellows were knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with.nBest of all, the price of the job was extremely reasonable. I was so pleased with the entire experience that I would not have batted an eye if it was double the price.nMike and Direct Connect are my plumbers on speed dial from now on.
I work at a cheer gym with HIGH traffic in the restrooms. We have worked with Direct Connect Plumbing for years. They are quick to respond when we have an emergency and always fair on pricing. Recently purchased my first home and was in need of a new water heater before moving in. Direct Connect worked with my busy schedule and were very helpful!
