We wanted a kitchen faucet and a hot water circulating pump installed. Cameron came out for these installs and did an AWESOME job. His price was what he quoted, and the work he did was to our satisfaction! My ONLY concern is that now the main shower gets extremely hot very quickly but the bathroom faucets still take awhile to get warm. This issue has nothing to do with the superb work we received from Plum Medic.

I originally used Plumb Medic to replace an underground water pipe that had burst. Cameron was very professional and explained what he would do and where he would run the new pipe underground. He did a great job with clean up as he promised. I was impressed with his sincere desire to help, listen, and answer all of my questions. I could tell he really cared about me and my home. It’s very hard to find people who care and do great work these days.nI was so impressed with his work and customer service that I called him to have my hot water tank replaced several months later. It was a challenging install due to the size of the new hot water tank and space where the old one was. He worked his magic and made it fit! At every challenge of the install (and there where many) , he had a quick solution. He is a first class professional who I would not hesitate to recommend. I look forward to using him whenever I have plumbing needs in the future.

We had a water leak on our side of the water line and had no water. Cameron was quick to get our line repaired and up and running. Price was excellent and great service! Would definitely recommend Plumb Medic.

From the answering of the phone call and the response to the actual service call was quick, timely, and very professional. Cameron was very helpful and made the best recommendation, not what made him the most money. Appreciated this very much, and we will definitely call them again if the need arises.

My experience with Plumb Medic was nothing but positives. On a Thursday night, I realized my hot water tank had no water. I called Plum Medic the next day, and was appropriately advised as to the correct course of action for replacing my 13 year old hot 50 gallon gas hot water heater. Before the day was out, Plumb Medic had arrived, done a complete re-install of the hot water heater and associated piping. At all times they were communicative, competent, and prepared. In spite of complications due to the tank's placement, the install went smooth and has been working perfectly since.nnThe price was on the low/middle of the band of offers (to be fair, some of the lowest offers likely were illegitimate) but the service was exemplary.nnI fully intend to use Plumb Medic for any/all plumbing issues that crop up from now until I sell the home. A+++, would hire again.
